CANCELLATION POLICY

Your time and mine are sacred. Each session is a space prepared with care and intention. Cancellations & Reschedules * You may cancel or reschedule up to 2 calendar days in advance with no fee. * Less than 2 calendar days' notice results in a 100% cancellation fee of the reserved service amount. * Rescheduling is considered a cancellation of the original session, since that time was reserved for you and only you. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows * Charged 100% of the service total and may result in limited future booking access. Late Arrivals * A 15-minute grace period is offered. After that, your session may be shortened or rescheduled with a fee. Frequent Rescheduling * After 1 reschedule has already been made for same appointment, we may require a 50% non-refundable deposit for future sessions, or limited booking availability.
